I'm just curious if anyone has had the same bad luck we've had with them.

We held a webstore Oct 1-15. The webstore said production would take 3 weeks. We are now on Tuesday of week 6, and we can't even get a firm ship date. For the last two weeks I've called twice a week, and I get answers ranging from "We're waiting on 1-2 more items" to "We're wrapping things up, it will ship later this week"-none of which has produced actual items to our gym. My biggest problem with the whole thing is I just called today (again) and the production manager couldn't tell me if ANY of our items had been completed-but assures me she will have it all done by COB today. Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath.

Anybody have similiar experiences? Or anybody used other bling companies and had great experiences? I haven't been able to find another company that does the same type thing on all sorts of items. I just feel like as the customer, we should have some sort of explanation, and instead, I'm getting all sorts of excuses why the order is so much more difficult than a "normal" order. Funny, they didn't say a word about it being a problem when they were taking orders.

Sorry for my attitude, as you can tell, this RaRaMama has about HAD IT!

Our shipment didn't take quite that long, BUT we still have parents that did not receive items and that was from last season. I was going to do the fundraiser again and they refused to and told me why. I asked them why they didn't follow up and they said they did multiple times and just got the run-a-round. They just gave up trying...I wouldn't had but I'm sure you will get your stuff but sounds like its taking WAY to long :(

We had small delays on items with them. Nothing major. I had more problems with their fit and quality more than anything.

Us 2. We just got our practice wear and people are already complaining about stones falling off and the fit.

Stones falling off were a HUGE issue. I had girls that their sports bra LITERALLY drooped over to show cleavage. Not to mention the looseness around the torso and straps around the shoulders.

So people paid for items and they've still not received them? From last season? Yeah, I don't let stuff go when it involves my money. I would be getting some sort of refund. Sounds like there's been issues, but I have yet to find another company. Ahh, if only I had a pot o' cash and the know how :)

Oh great...Lol this is ridiculous

We use them a LOT, and I can tell you, we've taken design to payment to shipment down to the last possible second and they've done their best to have everything completed on time. I've never had an order from them ship when they say it will (usually it's that 4 o'clock call on the day it was supposed to ship going "Um, we couldn't get it out today," but they've also taken extra measures to get our items to us by the time we absolutely needed them (like 8am UPS delivery on camp day.)
I ordered a shirt in August or September, paid, etc., and they said it would be in before comp season. Well, it was. The Monday before comp season, but still, it arrived by the time they said it would.
Never had a problem with the quality of the items, as long as you care for it the way it's supposed to be cared for. And there's always an issue with fit because some girls don't realize that they are A) No longer a YL and really need to consider going to AM, or B) The compression-y material of the spanks and bras runs at least a size or two smaller than how the kids think it will fit.
The ladies that I've spoken to there have always been very nice, and though I need to leave messages sometimes, they always call or email back.

We got our warm ups from them... They were SUPER quick to get them rushed out to us and we LOVE them! I had a great experience with them!

I've haven't had any problems with them. my last time cheering was 2 years and all of rhinestones are still on my sports bras and other items.

I think the worst part of the experience for me thus far (besides not getting the items in a reasonable timeframe) is the customer service. I've worked customer service and still do to some extent. The production manager actually told me (when I asked if items would be in before Christmas at this rate) said "Well, we can't guarantee it, but January is such a boring month, wouldn't it be great to receive a package in January?"

No. It would be great to receive it within a reasonable time of when it was promised. I do not consider two months later reasonable. And I do not enjoy being told several times items are shipping "later this week" only to find out nothing shipped-three weeks in a row.

We are currently waiting for our order, i did not have the impression their customer service is bad...the Lady i'm in contact with is VERY nice and answers emails very quickly
I am already curious to see how our stuff looks

So, update on the Glitterstarz saga. It appears that a very good customer of Glitterstarz called them regarding my post (Mamarazzi is that you? ;)) , and one of the co-presidents (not the one who had been so rude) called me tonight VERY apologetic. It seems as though their business has grown tremendously in the last year or so, and they are drowning. We had a very nice conversation, one in which she agreed that a customer should at least know when to expect their product. I agreed to wipe the slate clean for our gym if she could agree that from here on out, we would receive better communication on delivery of the products. She shipped our items tonight. I'm definitely impressed with her willingness to make things right for us in this situation. Here's hoping our blingwear is fabulous!!!
