watching lady bullets, gives me hope for them in the end at worlds, i know the season has just started but i REALLY want cali to win this year, i was crushed when they didnt win last year, even though i honestly thought they should have regardless of the fall they had.

It was a BOBBLE and it wouldn't have mattered cause even without it they would've been 2nd.

This is a majority new Cali elite team. Don't base them off of last seasons success.

I absolutely love Cali Elite's routine, I just don't know if the difficulty will be there to win this year. I've never seen them as a team that adds difficulty much throughout the year, routines are usually just changed and the same set of skills is oriented differently or changed slightly. They may be holding back a lot right now, obviously only they know, but Idk... Saving judgement for a bit later in the season.

Just something I noticed, not hating on it because I love the homage.. but how come when wildcats came out with their opening stunt everyone compared it to smoed's pyramid last year but now Super Senior's opening stunt has that toe touch toss to sponge tic toc and no one says anything hahaa
That is very interesting!! I was wondering the same thing. I didnt say anything because it wasn't as difficult, it goes back to squish. The two stunts are just on different levels of wow, maybe they are working their way towards catching it in a lib and the immediate tic tocs then i feel everyone would compare the two. (As for wildcats they increased the difficulty and did them in free standing stunts not connectin to supporting preps) You can see it is clearly that it was the same idea though!! But, EVERY year I was on Brandon the next year or even the same season we would see our stunts/pyramids somewhere else so maybe I'm just used to it now..& it was never stuff that everyone does like full ups, tic tic combos I mean they would take our speciality, one of a kind things. Heck one year cheer express that is 20 minutes away used our switching bases fly over heel stretch stunt, competed it at a local comp going directly BEFORE black in performance order with blacks stunt, dropped it, then black showed them how it's done. They were all girl that year but still.. If your gonna do it & perform it before the team that did it first, at least nail it. I prefer if you are going to use someone's idea, which is a way alot of things have been invented, other peoples idea kick start creativity & we build on them but add a little twist to it, make it your own thing!

I know Generals is packed and has an amazing chance at it, but I would love to see Cali FINALLY take it. In my opinion thy had it the last 2 years, but that's another argument. However, this definitely doesn't feel like the same lady Bullets team that comes out with a huge bang that makes me say "HOLY COW they might just win worlds with that" whenever I see them. The tumbling is so underwhelming from what it usually is.. but overall those stunts and that dance! In love. I know it is the beginning and they will be adding more. This April will be crazy when all these amazing teams and routines are polished. I can't even find the words to say how excited for worlds I am.

The opening stunt for Super Seniors does not even compare to the Brandon one, the release that SS does is considered a level 4 release. They do look much cleaner then in the past, so good for them, but to me they are not similar at all except for the toe touch.
