All-Star 2012-2013 New Uniforms

The neck strap doesn't match up with the lines on the top, and it's driving me crazy. I hate when lines on unis dont continue, especially if it looks like they're supposed to (like this one!).... just a pet peeve of mine. GRR.
It does look a lot like Charlotte's new unis, but that doesn't really bother me, because Charlotte's unis weren't exactly out-of-the-box, it's a pretty popular neckline and skirt design, so I'm sure many teams have similar unis.

Apparently this should be the neckline for the state of NC in that Champion Cup State National thing. my gym, CAC, GAC, CSA probably more....I think if you line us all up next to each other, with the exception of the colors....(outside of my gym and CSA which look nearly identical) we could all take the mat together and I think you'd be hard pressed to notice we all weren't wearing the same thing.

Here I thought ours were sick when we debuted them last April for Worlds....then I realized it must be a very popular 'stock' option when it started showing up all over this thread. Not dissing anyone else, just disappointed ours weren't nearly as unique as I thought they were.

I love this picture too, and Amen! I've seen sooo many uniforms with the neckline. At least our two uniforms have little unique things though. Yall have the AA on the back of the neck (which I absolutely adore), and we have...I guess...the different font? lol

Charlotte and GAC share a close relationship and often attend the same competitions.

So do we (our owners cheered and coached at Charlotte back when Teal won silver at Worlds) and we always see CAC and GAC at least once or twice, but I don't think we all designed our uniforms together...at least I don't see why we would.

The thing is, I actually really like CAC's. Even though they're really very similar to our own, I like ours, and I like that Charlotte got their bling on, finally. Plus they look clean and they're well fitted. I'm sure GAC's will look nice on the floor as well, I'm just beginning to think the Varsity design studio was basically a create-your-own uniform.....from these limited uniform part choices....and there are only so many "options."

Hence the reason I keep seeing that same neckline all over this thread.

If I felt like going back through 250+ pages of this thread I could probably find 10 other unis that look similar. And that's a low estimate.

Well, at least I like them. They sparkle on the floor and I really like my sons, so regardless that they aren't unique...at least I like them. This would really be disheartening if everyone had the same style and I didn't

Which premier new ones? Ours don't have this neckline. We have the one shouldered sharkfin neckline.

I like it but the black sparkles and the semi teal blue screams CEA SE pattern to me
