I meant to add this to my post. One with a torn ACL the week before, one fractured vertabre while competing, one with a bad back injury earlier in the season, and one with q a hurt shoulder and ankle on crutches... Our lovely poor injured team. This is how we walked around Disney.

At thirty-four I did a backward somersault, neck brace, six weeks. I'm thinking this would be me if I tried a punch front...

One day at a resort I threw a back tuck into the pool (although I can't throw one on ground) later the day I went back to the pool area. Got in the hot tub. Got out. Walked slow down the wet steps. Slipped and fell on my butt in front of people

Cheering at our biggest football game of the year, we made a huge sign for the players to run through out onto the field. We were really exited about it, and so we laid it on the ground in front of the gates and waited for our players to come out. The other cheer team had to remind us that their players were still on the field... So the other team got to run over our sign, cleats and all... To make it worse when we lifted up the sign it was upside down. And we lost the game.

My very first year cheering I was working on my standing full and was super close but hadn't landed it in a routine yet.

I had learned my standing tuck in my backyard the summer before and then joined halfway through the season. I was a figure skater so I knew how to twist and became a total gym rat so I learned it quickly.

It's not fair cuz I'm a boy. Our center of gravity is higher.

Last year when trying out for my team, we each had to throw two passes. I thought I would show off a little, so after doing my first pass (round off bhs tuck), I did my next proper pass. It was supposed to be a front tuck, aerial roundoff bhs layout...didn't happen, it ended up being a front tuck, aerial...and don't ask me how I did this...face plant.

However, the most embaressing thing I've seen was on a team I competed against. The point flyer for this team, which shall not be named, happened to get her period early, and this went she pulled her now and arrow, all you could see was a huge red stain on her white spanks. I felt so bad for her.

At the last comp, one of the girls on my CP's level 4 team decided to use those rubber breast pads instead of a strapless bra. Needless to say, on the squad RO layout, one of them flew out. The same comp on my other CP's junior 4 team, during the squad standing back tuck, one of the girls under-rotated and leaned forward while trying not to bust and she face-planted into one of the other girl's butt. Funniest comp routines ever!

Someone posted a funny video of a girl getting set out of a cradle straight to a face plant while cheering at a football game on our team Facebook group, everyone laughed and made fun of her. Then someone asked if I knew who it was bc I cheered there a while ago. Oh...that's awkward...that's me that I've been making fun of for two weeks now.

This actually happened over the weekend.. A group of us do running fulls across the front of the mat and the girl that lands behind me underrotated. I stepped backwards to walk to the corner and flipped backwards over her. Flat onto my back. It was mortifying.

for some reason everytime I land a pass my pants fall everyone I cheer with and all the parents are used to it now!!

Here's one that happened during the last home Packer game that they probably didn't show on TV. Okay, so at about the same time each game they play Roll Out The Barrel and we do this stunt where we all line up, run, rebound into the guys arms and then they bounce us up and we do a layout in there air while connected to them (if that makes sense). So anyways, the play ends and our coach is like go do the stunt! So we run onto the field and the girls line up. I look over and I'm like to myself "why is this Viking player so close to me?" Then someone figures out it actually isn't a timeout soo we all run off the field so we do t get trampled. It was embarrasing. Thanks coach.

And at the last basketball game I cheered at one when we went to go and run on the court at half time one of the guys didn't see the little sweat girl and totally ran her over. It was hilarious but not for the little girl!
