seeing this live (there are two groups that do this) was jaw-dropping - as amazing as this photo is it doesn't do the skill justice!!! Ashley I LOVED watching your team - such creative choreography (ditto for all the FHAS teams)!!

isnt hitch kick full illegal? im just guessing since they cant do kick double which is 3 elements, why would they be able to do 3 elements there?

They are allowed to do three elements just specifically cannot double with an additional element.

From USASF:
F. Tosses may not exceed three tricks (i.e. hitch kick full, switch kick full).
G. Tosses that involve more than 1 1/2 twist may not involve an additional skill (i.e. kick doubles are not allowed).
