Each year this thread pops up after worlds so I thought I would start one for NCA !

1) the stage this is was the best stage I've ever seen or competed at! The set up was incredible
2) the lights show
3) meeting so many people!
4) & seeing so much talent this year in each division
5) Top guns internationals routine was by far my favorite. Their uniforms are incredible
6) & seeing Panthers WORK out their routine! I love my a family!!

I will say that the on Sunday I at by the rudest parents I have ever came across at a event. I have no idea what gym they were from... They literally had a problem with people in the section we were sitting in cheering on Panthers & they were laughing when stunts would fall during routines! The dad told the people I was sitting with & I "that we were the rudest people for standing up and cheering when our teams hit their stunts" my response to his madness was "I'm sorry you feel that way but I guess you have no idea what it feels like to have a team you love go into day 2 in FIRST and hit their routine AGAIN On day 2". -_-

I think everyone can agree that NCA was cray this year
Congrats to everyone who won! :) see y'all at worlds!

What I liked the most about NCA:

The live stream worked great: was easy to set up, and reliable all day/night long!

What I liked least about NCA:

I couldn't rewind the live stream when I missed something ...

The live stream was phenomenal.
Orange :rays:
Watching Panthers literally come out of nowhere and KILL IT both days. So happy for them.
Watching Brandon Black finally beat their NCA curse.
Watching my sister Slinky getting that full paid bid.

What I liked least:
The lack of bid for Swooshcats :(

I think the talent across the divisions was amazing!

I know this is the opposite of what you asked, but same gripe as last year though. Why can't people be respectful enough to NOT be going up and down the aisles during performances. I know it's crowded and it takes time, but at least look like you're making an effort to get where you're going if you can't wait.

On that note too, all the talk about Worlds, is it time for a venue change for NCA? It was absolutely PACKED! Even the super crappy seats almost behind the performance floor were filling up. That's on top of all the folks sitting on the stairways and along the walkway.

I saw what looked to be a fire marshall standing outside in the concourse fighting every urge to not go in the actual arena!

I have to say, last night's board commentary was hilarious and sassy. Surprising lack of drama considering many people were upset with outcomes..

Well run, considering I saw some newbie faces pop up. But oh, did we keep it in line.

I attribute the lack of true bad drama to the pretty good self policing on here and the fact no one can stop what you say on twitter.

Twitter is fantastic for raw uninhibited comments from emotional teenagers. Quite a guilty pleasure.

Your guilty pleasure is my sign that the apocalypse is upon us.

At the end of the day there are way worse things that can happen to someone than saying bad things about them on twitter. Now to a teenager it probably seems like the worst thing, but what do teenagers know?

The only thing I didn't like about the livestream was that it didn't show the team or division while they were performing. Sometimes I would forget who I was watching. Last year I believe the the backdrop would flash to the gym name during the performance, but this year it only showed it when they were coming out onto the mat.
