I know that club teams are allowed to compete at the NCA Nationals but aren't allowed to compete at the UCA Nationals. Is it because of the all-star style routines that NCA has and the traditional style that UCA has? Thanks!

Is there a general schedule yet? What event is usually on that Friday? Thanks!

I haven't seen a schedule yet but normally the way it works is teams arrive and have scheduled practice time on Wednesday, then first round is Thursday, challenge cup is also Thursday, and then finals are Friday, stunt competition and USA STUNT nationals are Saturday i think

What is the Challenge Cup? I've heard of it but I have no idea what it is!

You compete on Tursday and the top half (or so) in each division move on to finals. The bottom half, so they get to compete more than once, compete again in Challenge Cup. It's just another chance to run your routine, and it's not on the bandshell, if I remember correctly. The winner of each division in challenge cup gets to move on to finals.

Let's talk about some of the other, less popular divisions. D3 All girl is usually a pretty tight division, there's a lot of really strong teams in there. Anyone know if OCC is competing all girl? I think they've been small coed in the past.

I know that Orange Coast College competed at the USA Collegiate Nationals last week but I'm not sure about the NCA Nationals.

I don't think you're allowed to compete in more than one nationals?

Technically, it's USA Collegiate Championships. They're not an actual "nationals." OCC has an all-girl and a large coed team this year that competed this past weekend at USA, I'm assuming they're both going to NCA this year.
Last year they had a small coed team at USA but competed in all-girl for NCA.

Orange Coast is competing all girl d3 and coed intermediate.

Does anyone know the score break up for the two days? Last year was my first year but NCA messed up the scoring in my division and everyone made it to finals.
