My ;favorite without a doubt is watching the Top Gun oo5 routine. In a sport where, in my opinion, so many times it is about the prize, these incredible athletes have dedicated their season to a lost team member in the most loving and beautiful way. Top Gun you are a Class Act, and I wish I lived in Florida so that my daughter could be on one of your teams! Thank you oo5 for inspiring us all, and reminding us about what this is truly all about.

Starting last April, my family had a pretty rough year. This year my CPs team, FCA Rubies, had a fantastic year. The best part of the year for me was watching CP go to the gym with the girls and coaches and just RELAX and not have any worries. Winning Jamfest Indy helped. ;)

Watching my second son compete with coed elite and then watching them win NCA on the big screen in my basement with some great friends! Wasn't even there but the explosion in our basement of screaming and cheering and instagramming pics of our widescreen was awesome!

Watching my baby girl and her team getting 1st and 2nd places all year. But the one comp that stands out the most was when we went to Scheaumberg for CSG and her team killed it the were so proud of themselves but the best part was after her team watch the video playback her coaches hugged her and she came running out and said "Mom coach A, Coach R and Coach K all gave us hugs" she was so thrilled about a hug from a coach that her team just killing it on the floor and in my opinion preforming their very best routine was no big deal.

She is on a youth 1 team :)

My CP's team winning NCA. We totally expected to get 2nd or 3rd place and I'll never forget the feeling when we heard the other team announced for second place. I've never been one to get emotional over a cheer competition, but this one got me!

My S4 winning at Jamfest Indy. First time our program attended, and first time any program from our state has won.
My s3 winning at UCA (for the 2nd time) after having one of those "always the bridesmaids, never the bride" seasons. And then they won a paid bid to the Summit, and I had a complete meltdown. I'll never forget it.

Dallas this year was just a phenomenal experience. So happy I was able to go! Also, I've loved seeing the way this sport has evolved, in terms of difficulty and creativity. And of course, seeing my friends and teammates develop and succeed every year is amazing.

A couple of memories stick out for me. Hotcheer Junior 3, Senior 3, and Senior 4.2 winning Jamfest Supernationals in Indy were great.

Hotcheer also had some strong routines and wins at the Battle at the Capitol for our Youth 2, Senior 3, Senior 4 and Senior 4.2 teams.

Hopefully, the best is yet to come for HotCheer Small Coed, Hot 5 in Worlds.
