Wow I remember back in the day when Nancy left Charlotte because one of their coaches started Aviator. Now CAC is merging with them...guess it all comes back around...

It definitely does. Aviator is an awesome program and having Keith and Ashley back at CAC is just overwhelming! Keith started my child in Allstars and I'm just so excited that this has come full circle. It was a good night!

Actually I got that information from my coaches. When I asked if our was going to the new concord location, they said we bought an old gym called Prodigy Allstars that came with a floor and everything.
No need to be rude. I actually never said they merged I was just giving the name of the gym that I was told we bought. ☕ Here's some tea. Take it and go calm down. Please.

I didn't say YOU we're confusing people, I said "some CEA ppl". So, here's your tea back. You need it more than I do.

Can we all just agree that these decisions are business based it does not matter where you chose to cheer as long as you and your cp are happy. My child has cheered at five gyms. The first went out of business the second and third were basically the same gym that went through a merger. We left this gym due to the continual changing of ownership. We left the fourth due to some personal experiences. We have friends at all gyms in our area. It doesnt matter who cheers where. Most of the people on this board are parents does it really matter to you if CEA opens a new gym or if CAC opens a new gym if you are happy where you cheer then stay there. If not move to a new gym every child needs something different that they may not be able to get at a certain gym. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and be happy.

Over the last year I've learned some valuable lessons. Gyms opening in close proximity to each other don't really affect much when the product is good. While some won't believe me when I say this, I wish CEA the best in Concord. What they do and what CAC does are very different things and every kid/parent can make that choice as to what environment is best for them.

The biggest reason I posted on this thread is because some misconceptions have been posted about who merged. Prodigy's location is now CAC, the staff is now CAC, and while kids can choose where they want to cheer, over 150 Prodigy kids tried out at CAC (Concord). Prodigy in no way, shape or form merged with another program and I wish people in general would stop alluding to that. I'm not sure how one former business partner along with a handful of kids implies "merger" but it is misleading at best.

Now back to more exciting news with the Aviator and CAC merger. It was a good day!
