Ok... Last post on this because this topic is not about me or my family. You will only lose if you make this personal, as you seem to be trying to.

Yes, we have some young coaches. Yes, they generally coach our younger teams.... Because, we'll, duh.... They are younger. If you expect worlds team coaches to be with your CP 24/7 when they are 6, you are crazy or irrational.

But, our younger coaches also help with the big worlds teams. They are learning! I have never seen maturity problems outside of parents in our gym... Not from coaches, not even most of the kids (within their ages, of course).

Roy Williams started as the JV Coach at Carolina many years ago. Our younger coaches start with younger teams... That just makes sense.. It is how they become worlds caliber coaches.

Don't drag any more names into this topic, because it is not about you or me. The discussion is about gym philosophy... Not personal issues. Keep it that way. And mods, how about we lock this thread before we get more truth in here than people want to deal with.
