I don't personally know what kind of talent they have in that gym besides their kids, but those level five teams seem a little crazy for what we've seen on tv..

I'm just imagining a lot of Susie's moms changing gyms so their kid can be famous, and then demanding their kid to be on a level 5 team.

They have had quite a bit of publicity this spring/summer. Some CA girls came up from TX to go to one of their skills camp,Alisha & her girls went to NY for publicity, they received a bunch of new boys (and new by,I mean,brand new to cheer) and can now field a Jr. level 5 team. Also,their youngest,can throw a BHS..Facebook has just been filled with all the great CTR/Cheer perfection news.. There is also a official CTR Facebook page that you can see the J5 team working on stunts,if anyone wants to see what they're doing.

Not a merger, but James did go to CTR and is the gym manager. It is my understanding that TNT was bought by CU.

This was a disappointment.. It has more of a Toddlers and Tiaras feel than one of competitive cheerleading. Maybe they'll improve it later on!

Actually, the coach on the show has 3 little girls who do pageants and have all been on toddlers and tiaras. The oldest's picture is on the show's intro.

I think they are back next week. They also got a lot of kids from Capital City United (?)..I think that was the name of the gym. But yes lots of gym jumpers to CTR...lots of young talent. I also know they brought the oldest daughter to CA a couple months ago to tumble. Maybe they got a crash course in level 5 team management?

Cheer City United? I know they are in Arkansas near CTR.
