Section I of level one dismounts says that they are not allowed but there's no definition. Can someone please explain to me what this is defined as?

around 1:30 basically, it's when bases are holding the flyer and start leaning towards the ground, letting them go at the end.
also, the dismount from the last pyramid.
Any way to finagle the rules make them legal?
I think itd be a really cute level 1/2 dismount
and do a true tension roll/drop? No.
A flyer must be assisted to the ground in pop off dismounts (unless it's at waist level). A tension roll or tension drop involves no assistance to the ground. What if the back held the ankles all the way to the ground and then rolled?
I love when old threads get brought up. Then I go shimmy the posts and people are always like "what the crap?"That's cute, that pyramid is.
And terrifying.
(Sorry I know this is an old thread but I'm looking for L1 inspiration )
