Under national fed high school rules - can a flyer front flip 1 1/4 rotations in a pyramid? For example: flyer begins in scrunch (with two legal bracers) and front flips one full rotation then lands on her stomach? (she never loses contact)

Thank you so much for your help!

According to NFHS rules, would this be legal? Instagram
I've always assumed the dual braced rule to mean two different people.

No that wouldn't be legal as there is only one bracer. It's not about where the location of the bracer is or how many hands the bracer has on the flyer, but that there are two bracers for the stunt. While this isn't legal you can go from a load with the flyer holding the backspots hands and do a front flip back to a cradle.

Thank you. I thought this was illegal for the high school level, but was unsure due to an allstar gym teaching it to high schoolers.
