What credit? AL has no $$ involved, u just get to go. My suggestion if u r worried about the cost is to rent a house! Cook your meals and save $$. Very cheap compared to AS resorts.

@cheermomforever is correct, but check with your Gym owner/Coaches first. Sometimes they require the team to stay together at a "specific" hotel/resort.

All the summit info can be found on varsity.com as far as what is included with each bid at large is usually just tickets to park for girls and their comp fees. Then the prices for different hotel packages are listed also the commuter package which is if you stay off property but that is up to your gym as someone stated. Our gym usually allows us to do the commuter package .

I would think that your gym owner will be scheduling meetings to help answer questions and let the families know what to expect. At our gym, we are required to stay at one of the moderate resorts (Value resorts are not an option for us). Your gym owner should be able to answer all of your questions.

Thanks to all for your help. I have been reading all the info, but was having a hard time deciphering the room cost and tickets offered for an at large bid. I will wait for more info from our gym. I was not sure if we would still get the park tickets if we elected to stay at a moderate resort and not the All Star or Coronado.

Anyone know how far Cornado is from the ESPN center? how do you get there? My first year going to the summit

At large bid is no $, your choice/teams where u stay....what hopper pass u choose to get.
