Question, how does their stunt score since they never have every group doing an elite stunt together? For each elite skill (walkover up, 1.5 stretch) theres at least one group that sits out. And the high to high isn't body position to body position.
Don't you need at least one elite skill performed by everyone?

You need a "majority" of the team competing 2 level appropriate skills. According to the scoring on the USASF website, that would be 7 "single based" (can also include an assist, but cannot include 3 people under the stunt) stunts doing 2 level appropriate skills in order to score in the 6.0-10.0 range. They fulfill that within the first few 8 counts of their routine.
For reference, here is the Worlds scoring breakdown.
http://usasf.net.ismmedia.com/ISM3/.../Cheer/docs/USASF_2017_Worlds_ClubScoring.pdf

The non-Worlds scoresheet calls for a certain number of single-based stunts to be performed based on number of males on the floor. A "stunt quantity" score is assigned based on number of groups and difficulty of the single based stunt. Stunt difficulty is separate and in order to max out, again, a majority of groups must be performing three elite skills (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

ETA: with comparative scoring, they don't necessarily need to be doing the hardest elite skills (ie. body position to body position, double around from prep to body position, etc.). As long as what they're doing satisfies the criteria I mentioned, and the judges feel it's the hardest in the division, the team will score the highest.

Question? Is Worlds scoresheet comparative? If so, then everything could matter based on what the teams you are against are doing.

Yes, it is comparative... that's why teams like Orange and Cheetahs had raw scores of something like 5 points ahead of the second highest raw even though it seemed like the divisions they were competing in were "close" the whole season.

There's that 6-10 "high" range, the more people you can get to do more difficult skills and execute them well, the higher in that 6-10 bracket you'll score.
