I just was chatting with a cheer mom friend of mine and it looks like I might be heading to Arizona to stay with a Cali All Stars-Messa family for a weekend to go to a comp and all that! Hopefully it will be in January when it's cold enough there that I don't die! haha

sigh.... no Disney on CP's schedule and we are one of the few team's in the gym not chasing Summit bids, due to the coaches' preference and schedule.
Six all star seasons and three AYC and she still has not cheer in Florida... how is that even possible?

I can't say I'm thrilled about going to UCA and then Columbus two weeks later, but mostly our schedule isn't as bad as I thought it might be, rumors of Louisville and Indianapolis had me seriously stressed. Is it bad of me to not want a summit bid? I really don't want to go back to Disney in May
We went to both UCA and Summit last year and I was really dreading it. It ended up not being so bad. My CP joined prep this year instead of regular competitive allstar. So excited to not have to worry about Summit. She loved Summit. I just looked at it as an over-priced competition.
