So...who's gonna tell the Orange coaches that they don't have two elite stunt skills? I've been waiting for that handstand up to go to body position all season, but it hasn't.

Elites:
Double up Lib
High to High Stretch to Stretch
High to High Stretch to Scale

Orange looks like a World Champ.

Very impressed with Lady Lightening I think they have just a much of a shot to win as SSX and Generals.

WCSS I love the idea of the jacket but that second stunt already has SOO much going on already that swirling coat tails was the last thing it needed.

They really didn’t learn when the judges specifically told them not to have the jacket for day 2 at Worlds a couple years ago apparently.

That's like Varsity telling all of those teams to not have a choreographed entrance to floor at Worlds and LITERALLY every team still did it lol.

Did the judges tell them not have the jacket for a rules/safety reason?

Stretch to stretch and stretch to scale are the same elite skill (BP to BP high to high), not counted twice. And as IF you think any judge will award that as a double up to lib.

Technically the Stretch to Scale High to High is a 1/4 twisting high to high and that's a different skill than just a stretch to stretch so I'd imagine them getting credit for 2 elite skills.

i thought the same thing about that double up. i dont see how you can count that as an elite skill. they clearly go to 2 feet first and then hit a lib.

not sure how they got into the high range for difficulty all year with that. i think they technically only have 1 elite skill. the high to high tic toc. i didnt think it counted if you did the same skill twice.

although it doesnt matter for worlds because you dont have to do a certain amount of elite skills to get you in the range. just wondering how they got credit for that all year at varsity events.

i think when they had the jacket on at worlds a couple years ago the girl had it on doing a dance in the back of their tumbling section. i assume the judges told them it was a distraction from the actual tumbling that was going on.

I think it’s because they finish the initial spin (1 1/2 up) to the back with their feet together and then the bases continue the other 1/2 of the spin to the front and then the flyers hit the lib. So technically it would be a double up to an extended one legged stunt.
