I'm not a trademark lawyer, but I believe they just used a similar font, the actual logo would be/include the jumping graphic cat design. "Puma" is the name/nickname of a species of cat that was around a long time before the shoe company.

Agreed. This uniform ticks all the right boxes : athletic, has crystals, bra friendly, with a long enough top and bottom.
