All-Star Is Summit Political??

I thought the whole point of doing bid reveal on Monday's instead of the same day as the comp is so mistakes like this wouldn't happen

I think it’s that and since they award them across the levels (instead of one level) the are supposed to review all the bid eligible winners and award based on that (the video). It seems they make mistakes when they incorrectly think a team already has a bid or didn’t made a bid declaration. It seems there is still room for human error.

Looks like the EP made this right. A simple, or not so simple, mistake. People make mistakes, heck last year a team was named first place at Summit and it was another team that really got first.

I wouldn’t like this either, it might be disappointing but the bids what were incorrectly given out should be taken back, especially if it is a paid bid. Mistakes happen, but teams that didn’t earn their place should not be at Summit on either a at large or paid bid. If you want to allow them to come to spare disappointment then let them compete with a wildcard bid. Then these things should be checked and then checked again.
