So a few days ago I heard my old gym in my city is trying to field an open team next season and tryouts are in April! I’m super excited because I had been wanting to do an open team for a few years but did not want to make the commitment to travelling to a gym far while working full time and doing college full time. Being that I graduated last year and this is my old gym possibly with a lot of my old teammates, I’m super excited and hope this works out!
My dilemma is that I’m super out of shape[emoji23][emoji24]. Long story short I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good stretching routine to get my body ready and back to the good old days (or close enough). Also a good workout routine to get in shape, build stamina/endurance, and core strength overall toning would be super helpful! I’m super excited for this and I hope it works out every if only for a little while, I know how open teams can usually fall through a lot. Anyway thanks in advance for any tips or help offered!
