Hey....does anyone have good fundraising ideas? We are looking to change our current options for next season and just wanted to know some good profit fundraisers.

Thanks!!

Check out Doublegood popcorn, little expensive, but ships to the customer and all online sales. 50% goes to seller.
We have great luck with Sherwood Forest wreaths also, great product, fast free shipping with minimum order. You set the selling price above the their price.

If you have a great amateur photographer parent in your gym, one of our best fundraisers for our PTO was a family portrait fundraiser. Each family got a 15 minute block and got 5 digital images for $50. If the photog donates his or her time, you can make a good chunk and people get something they want instead of feeling like they have to buy crap they don’t need

Our gym just did a gift card basket for 3 of our teams. Each athlete had to put in at least a $25 gc. Tickets were $10 each. They raised over $14,000.

WOW!! How big is your gym? We are a small gym and only one team of 13 girls so it has been hard raising a lot of money.

I checked out Sherwood Forest but they told me you have to be non profit :( Is your gym non profit? There are great fundraisers I have found but the ones with the highest return are all telling me they are for non profit only.

We have a 501c? Just for fundraising....

Curious what you guys have already done and how much you raised. We are a small gym and have only 13 athletes. We have had a really hard time with fundraising because we are in a small town and can't keep hitting up the same people over and over.

We have done sheet sales, raffle tickets, krispy kreme, and pizza cards. Just needing more ideas on what we can do.

One of the best things I ever did when I coached HS was to stop requiring and coordinating fundraisers.

I literally said "You can work out your own fundraisers and talk to other parents about ideas, but we don't require or handle fundraising."

It was glorious.

I always found this part of coaching to be a good bit of added work (coordinating cookies, popcorn, blankets, mattresses, pizza, gift cards, candles, pretzels, canning, bingo night, casino night, etc.)

We passed it off to our Parent Committee. All I have to do now is enter the profits into our online system. Best decision ever.
