Need award ideas. What do you guys do?
So far I’ve got:
Best:
Flyer
Main base
Side base
Back
Overall stunt group
Tumbler (standing and running?)
Jumper
Crowd leader
Dancer
Overall performer
Showmanship
Flexibility
Most improved
Most spirited
Highest GPA (and awards for girls who keep their gpa above a 3.5)
Most service hours (and awards for girls who earn over 100 service hours in a season where 80 is the minimum)
MVP
RotY
Coach’s award (coachability)
Teammate award (girls vote on fave teammate based on things like consistency, attitude, etc.)
Senior leadership (for senior captains)
Award of Excellence (basically a flashier way of saying “hardest worker”)
