i wont lie up until we might play them, ive been rooting for duke this whole time, as well as florida state.
ouch. DH is die hard UVA and those were their only losses, just really bad match ups. I was shocked they were a 1 again after last year! And yeah, Zion is the real deal...

Anyone else watching march madness. Its basically all I do all day since im still on maternity leave...

Plus ucf finally made it. However if we beat vcu we have to play duke.....so yeahh.. it'll be a short lived moment...lol

Although i wouldn't mind seeing how zion matches against tacko fall, that would be interesting.
YESSS. My school just made it to the tournament for the fourth year in a row. :) I'm actually OK with our seeding too... we got screwed into a 10 seed playing Wofford, but if we win, we play Kentucky, who we beat earlier this season. I'll take that over having to play Duke.

Just chiming in to say remember that time South Carolina made the Final Four?

(Yes I will do this every March for the rest of my life)

any parents on here that have installed playsets/swingsets in their backyard for their kiddos? what is the best material to put under it? My parents used wood chips, but I've heard chipped tire/pea gravel are also good options, as well as putting mats down? I don't know about getting that fancy, but looking for the best option to keep our daredevil 3 year old safe, and preferably splinter free.

Also, any tips on leveling out the yard is appreciated. My grandma said she would buy her one for her birthday (last september) but we are just getting around to being ready for it, and she's been asking non-stop where it is now that's it's getting nicer out.

We just put it on the grass. Anything else is a big pain to remove when the set eventually comes down. Especially if it get ground into the soil. I would think that pea gravel would be worse then grass as a surface to land on in terms of injury. And the tire material was cost prohibitive.

Same here, grass. And when my kids no longer used it and we gave it away 2-3 years ago, it was very easy to remove.

Thanks @CheerBank and @alpaca -- I tried to convince my husband grass was okay, but he started moaning about mowing around it  Maybe I'll just have it assembled on grass while he's at work lol

So a few weeks ago or about 2 months ago I made a post containing the schools I had gotten into.
At that time the schools were
Clemson
Georgia
Hawaii Pacific University.

I have also been accepted into
UC Berkeley
Southern California( my ultimate dream school)

So with that being said I am beyond blessed and thankful to be able to say I will be able to attend my dream school this fall.
I honestly never thought this would happen and that I would get rejected.
Congrats!!

Damn it giants!! :banghead:

In other news my new favorite slogan is miami dolphin's "Tanking for Tua" LOL...

Yes. That was back in the late 90's.
Ive never even heard of this duke kid till he was drafted im shocked that they didnt take Haskins.
As good as Haskins is, from what I’ve heard he wouldn’t have been a good fit for Big Blue. Not that the Duke qb will be either but he will take the time to learn plus the Duke coach has a special connection with the Manning family so maybe there’s more to this and we will all be pleasantly surprised.

I’m super happy with Miles Sanders heading to the Eagles and Clemson with 3 guys in the first round and 4 in the top 50. I love having kids at big football schools, makes the draft so much more exciting.

I just want good players, not players who are bffs with Manning....

Agreed but it also helps since Eli still playing this year to have a qb who will have the respect to learn from a vet this season rather than be upset he’s not playing, as Haskins would have been. I’m not saying the Giants made a good choice at all but I can see the rationale behind it.
