I love love love these changes I think allowing bajas as a single braced flip is a great way to get people into single braced flips and it’s the safest and most controlled way to do it. Could you do a rewind to extension with one brace now? Like a reverse Baja?

They used to allow front walk overs in to load as an exception to the “no twisting release inversion” rule. Are they allowed to prep now that backhand spring ups are allowed to extension?

Yes

Sorry for the 20 questions, but are basket grip handstand ups legal in high school? Like what lady bullets did in 2015?
I know prep level handstand ups are legal and ground level cartwheel ups are, but high school is weird about how they define a toss so I’m not sure. Like I know that you can’t do a load to the top tick tock because it counts as a basket. So idk about the handstand up..

I see no reason why it would be illegal.

A toss, by definition, starts with someone under foot/feet

The rule changed this year that allows the top to initiate hand/arm to hand/arm contact (who grabs who) as opposed to a base or back being responsible for that.

There’s no twist.

I don’t see anything wrong with it. I’d send a video of my team doing it to Jim Lord to be sure.
