There wasn't anybody noticeably missing, so that's probably a good sign. Not sure why they didn't go again though.

Flyers Intensity and Flyers Knockout literally have the SAME cheer, just using different props. WTF.

This was easily my biggest gripe with XS yesterday. There were at least 4 or 5 teams with one group and 6-7 athletes on the floor.

It looks strange to see a team with more male members than female well done Revolution, shame about the stunt fall

Knockout was sooo good

So I woke up at 10:30 and freaked out because I cant read and thought I missed Midnight BSB and SMOED. Thank god my boyfriend made me re read the schedule- I only missed Midnight but from what I've read that was for the best. LOL

Lady power? I can cheer for that. I cannot cheer for those skirts though. They are distracting and have a super odd fit.
