You know. Something about it seemed weird looking at the screenshots - but what motive would she have to fake say that about herself? If you have issues with someone at a program you could just leave it without drama? i'm not familiar with this person outside of hearing that she is on Beatles. Has she really been at 5 places?

We should probably wait to speculate about her own role in this until some evidence of that emerges. Which I’m sure it will, if it exists. Stuff like this never stays covered up for long. But until then, flirting with blaming the victim is never a good look.

Be that as it may, you still can’t bully someone for their gender preference. If they wanted to take her to task over bad sportsmanship or other problematic behavior, they could’ve done that. But they didn’t. They turned it into something else.

It’s like calling your POC roommate a slur because she left the dishes in the sink. Suddenly it’s not about the dishes. It’s about ingrained hate.

But you're assuming the bullying happened. I think some people don't.

That’s honestly what has fueled this and kept the issue going. Not her talking about it or trying to prove it happened but people trying to prove she is lying. She never gave specifics on what happened, and on twitter said how embarrassed she was that this was even out there in the first place.

Are you looking at the same twitter I'm looking at? She has done nothing but gone after teammates and coaches. Same for her mother - who does not live in the area and has zero first hand knowledge of what happened. The only people who are actively supporting her are anons. That to me is very telling.

I didn’t know posh pony went out of business, I just thought people were over the high pony tails.
Oh I think parents still stumble across their site and order but anyone I hear of that ordered has never received a product and they never get any response back, essentially, PP has disappeared. Soooo many are reporting them to BBB.

Wait so you're saying we should wait to hear more info on the subject before we make conclusions?

Seems like you didn't give the same respect to Rockstar before starting a thread called "What's happening at Rockstar".

But right now we have evidence that bullying did happen. I don’t know the validity of those messages, but they exist and until someone proves they’re not legit, it’s our due diligence to believe the victim. Not believing the victim outright — for whatever reason — is just as dangerous as swallowing everything at face value. In fact it’s even worse because you’re denying the existence of proof to uphold your* view.

Very nice of you to be accepting of that particular athlete when they weren’t nice to your child. Who makes fun of a kid for not wearing a hair piece [emoji15] Posh Pony went out of business? Wow, that’s crazy.
They havent said they are out if business, but essentially they are. Google them. Anyone would be crazy to order from them at this point.

It’s a valid question. If it’s not bullying, it’s the Majors pics, etc etc. All of which are archived on this site if you’d like to do your research.

Yes I am looking at the same twitter. And I can say I’ve seen multiple athletes from our gym tweet in support of her, being that it was a gym she was at for a short time that is also telling.

Not sure about you, but Anon messages are not evidence. What you are saying, is that if someone posted fake messages about you we should believe them without any substantial/believable proof. I think people are having a hard time because instead of bringing this to light WHEN IT HAPPENED, the athlete and their mother waited until the very next day after Worlds, and then spilled everything. If my child was being bullied/victimized, I certainly would not allow it to continue and would speak immediately to the owners. This did not happen in this case....and THAT can be proven.

I don't claim anything anonymous to be valid. I am certainly willing to revise my opinion when legitimate claims come out.

Wow. She bullied your child in a public forum over a posh pony and you’re still supporting.
I personally don’t care if a person is gay, trans, bi, etc, etc, etc. I think humans are beautiful and deserve rights and respect, always.
What I DO care about is if that person is in fact a bully themselves. That would be, figuratively speaking, the pot calling the kettle black, would it not?
I’m not speaking to the situation with the team here, because I was not there and will only speak to things that are proven. I do think people, in general, need to think before they speak, or worse, drag on Twitter.
You could say I'm supporting the issue. One of tolerance

We will agree to disagree. I don't believe anonymous messages are proof of anything.
