All-Star Shadiest As Music

I liked the one in TGLC's mix from a year or two ago.

"You got 3, you got 2, the rest of ya'll got 1."

Also LJ's "Why you call yourselves a queen? Last I checked I reigned supreme." dig to F5 2015, but F5 moved back to large that year so they changed it to "Girl you're talking smack I see, last I checked I reigned supreme."

Also everything from TG i5 (OO5) and CA Wildcats in 2011 (their original mix). The rivalry there was fantastic.

"Feel the sensation of the Jaguar nation"..."This may be your nation, but it's a Wildcat World"

Wildcats had the same pyramid song as TG i5 had in 2010 and did a skill that TGLC did in 2010 in their pyramid... TG then had "haters talking smack, keep up your chattering, imitation is the best form of flattery" at the end of their pyramid.

Several little digs like that throughout both mixes, it was great.

WE Black Ops 2019 had “the one and only Black Ops” and “should’ve made us the World champ, shouldve got it right the first time”.

And then lost to Cali black ops lol.

Lost to them AGAIN, right?

That's the thing about shady music: you'd better be able to back. it. up. Otherwise you just look foolish.

I swear, every single time I've heard a 2X consecutive HS Nationals champ use "threepeat" in their music, they lose. Hard. I include some of my faves in this.

They also had a voiceover in 2018 at the end of their pyramid that said "Our Blackops are bulletproof."

I MUST KNOW.

So it started with this: Johns Creek High School Accused of Illegal Recruitments The Speculator: Vision
And I think the voice clip of Jamie Parish is from an interview about that.
And then Trinity popped up and there were all these rumors about the gym paying athletes to join and that they had lots of money and had a private bus. And they really did compete with that mix. Pretty sure some of the saucier parts were gone by worlds, but they used it at the beginning of the season when the HS drama was still pretty fresh.
I don’t remember the all star part too well, so someone feel free to fill in the gaps, but I think that’s the gist.

That’s some genius shade.

But was Trinity good though? I don’t know them.

They were a medium coed team. They didn't make finals that year, but they had some well-known athletes on that team, including Shayla Moore and Angel Rice (which were the referenced athletes in Jamie Parish's interview). I believe Trinity even offered her mom a coaching position there, which was why Angel switched from Stingrays to Trinity for that year. I might be wrong about that though.

Their routine wasn't bad though! I think they ended up scoring higher than Georgia Allstars' medium coed team, which I think was coached by Jamie Parish that year.

Ummmm..... I personally think it was a case of talented individuals don’t necessarily make a talented team.
The team was Trinity Athletics Dolce and Gabanna. You can search on YouTube and make your own conclusions.

ETA: not calling them bad, but they weren’t a make it to finals, blow you away team.

If I remember correctly (and someone will correct me if I'm wrong). The team was created for the owner's daughter. I feel like Trinity was around the year before. They (the parent/owner) just threw money at everyone to create this brand. The drama was bound to happen. They had all these "names", they had a bus, they had everything money could buy. Except class and a win. All that talent, and I have no fear, they weren't good. Very much a one hit wonder, they were gone as fast as they were created.
