Embrace change and give your new coach a chance.

The new coach will do things differently. If you go into the season expecting the new coach to run things exactly the same, you will be disappointed. Change doesn't have to be a bad thing. If your team goes into the season welcoming the new coach with an open mind, it will make the transition easier for everyone.

Give her time to get to know you and the team culture.
Be open-minded.
Presume positive intentions. Go into it with the attitude that new coach is not out to ruin your lives, but to make your program better.

Everyone is giving great advise! Be open minded and you’ll probably come to really like your new coach- appreciate their differences ...grow & evolve as an athlete!

Basically what everyone else said. Be open-minded. Give her a chance and be patient since she'll need a few weeks to catch onto your team's culture and dynamic. And please -- PLEASE -- do not question her every little move. Even if it's not clear to you, there's a reason for it. As a coach, it's so frustrating to have to stop practice every ten minutes and explain my reasoning to the team because someone keeps asking, "Wait why can't we do it like this instead?" Just trust she knows what she's doing.
