CEA Raleigh will have a new Worlds team in XSCoed6.

Other teams:

Tiny Novice
Tiny Prep Elite
Mini 1
Youth 2
Youth 3
Youth Prep (no level listed)
International J2
Junior Coed 4
Junior 6
Senior 3
Senior Coed 4
Senior Coed 4.2
Senior 5
SeniorMedCoed6 (Smoex)
XSCoed6 (new)
NTCoed6 (Code Black)
Small Senior 6 (SSX)

Also I always thought Raleigh had fewer kids than Kern but clearly not the case?
Kernersville is a fairly small gym in the sense that they don’t have a ton of kids. CEA is obviously not “small”, however.

does XScoed6 have a name? Also, I think Kernersville and Raleigh are the biggest CEA. Also, where did cougar coed go?!? I have always loved cougar coed.

I didn't see a name. And I had to go back and edit. Cougar Coed is still a team. I just forgot to list it (from their social media.)

I don't think there are any other Youth 5s so I feel like YE functions as an exhibition type team for kids who aren't quite ready for Crush (or are ready but still too young for it) but too advanced for Level 4.

yeah, I guess. But the fact that CEA sent YE to NCA last year to compete against nobody is kinda stupid when they didn't send a team like c4 or crush that would have actually have competition. They get a coveted NCA jacket as a participation trophy. Plus they kids now will not get experience on a big stage at summit. IDK, I just think its kinda stupid.

I’m pretty sure they don’t send C4 to NCA because at NCA you can’t cross up or down any levels, you have to stay within the same level if you crossover.(ex- junior 1 to senior 1)
So since a lot of the athletes from C4(level 4) are on their higher level worlds teams(Level 6) they wouldn’t be able to crossover.

Just saw that F5 is back in Medium for 20-21.

(At least I THINK they were previously Medium, I could be confusing them with the once-Medium Panthers?)

Sad to see LAG6 lose a team but Medium is shaping up to be even more interesting than usual (packed division - Gens, Suns, F5, ECE Bombshells, Peach.)

But that is all out the window for this season correct? NCA allowing crossovers and I think they consider 4-6 one level?

Reign is no longer even a team, and the gym in Sterling was advertising tryouts for a worlds team and there isn’t one there. It looks like they’ve lost a lot of kids, not just the Worlds athletes. There are fewer teams at both gyms this year and those teams look smaller overall. Cheer Extreme DMV and Stingrays in Ashburn have both had big influxes of kids this season, I guess we know where they came from now.

That's a shame :(

Sad! I liked them.
