I thought we had a rule on the forums where we don't discuss the minors name. Maybe I'm wrong. But certainly we don't discuss health information unless we are the actual patient because that is a violation of HIPPA. The athlete is a minor and we need to show them the same respect we would any other minor child.
The general rule is to not negatively speak about minors using their name. Those who have put themselves in the spotlight and are more "famous" have been talked about freely (in a positive way) forever on here. I haven't seen anything mentioned in this thread that has been out of line, just concern for an injured athlete.

I've been here for years. And I've never seen a minors name mentioned. Inferred to, yes. But never actually mentioned.

I can assure you it is not infrequent in the least, maybe more infrequent recently since the boards aren't as active. But, the "rule" has been that well-known athletes can be mentioned, as long as they aren't spoken about negatively. Either way, nothing mentioned has been out of line. Feel free to disagree.

Oh my gosh..
Nc Fame tiny troopers were adorable.
So cute..
True tiny team as in organised chaos but awesome job by those little ones

Random: Browsing some lower level teams and day 1 videos now that my day has settled down.

I didn't know there was a STAR Athletics gym in ATL but they have several top 3 placements - and their Senior 4 looks great.
This is their first year. I have several friends with kids there. They are having a great first season.

There are a couple of user posts listing the athletes name. Can these be edited?

It has always been, if it is a popular athlete that puts themself out there, then it is OK to mention them by name. I wouldn’t mention her by name if it was a negative post. She tweeted that herself and it’s already been liked and shared over 2,000 times. I think it is safe to leave her name on it.
