All-Star Small Limited Level 5 Worlds Top 5 Predictions (2010)

I am not trying to put anyone down, my opinion is that I am not impressed by Brandon this season. I understand that everyone will continue to add difficulty (including Brandon) throughout the season, but the routine just didn't really show anything special. This is a very difficult division to be involved in and a lot of teams get pushed under the bus because it is so big and most people just look at big name teams or those that get the paid bid. I feel like last year at Worlds, you had no chance if you didn't have a paid bid. Did anyone else feel this way?

to early idk.. it will be easier after nca to see everyone that is in the division..

Brandon looked amazing to me first time out.. no Difficulty? clearly you must be watching the wrong Brandon?

they have one of the most innovated stunts sequences in this division & pyramids (no offense to any other teams) they probably didnt look as clean as they would of like to look at but they still did amazing their first time out.

ok that is your opinion that you disagree...I am just saying that I was not impressed enough to say that they are a World Champion team. I wasn't that impressed with them last year either to be completely honest. I will say that they are a talented team, but last year the only time they hit both days (that I saw) was worlds. Anyways it is just my OPINION! not a fact.

thats funny because we only dropped one stunt all season, outscored every team we competed against,and only lost one competition all season on a really bad day. if ya dont like Brandon thats cool, but dont just say stuff to say it.

i wasnt being rude about it dont take it the wrong way. and you are entitled to your opinion which is fine...

BUT.. you did ask what everyone else thought about it? soo with that said i told you how i thought about it!

they obviously were impressive enough to win worlds let alone make it to finals along with other amazing teams.

i asked people if they thought that at worlds last year..you had a major advantage if you had a paid bid..i thought that the people who didn't have a paid bid had NO chance of winning or getting near the top of the standings even if they hit a near perfect routine.

thats why teams that have a chance of winning receive the paid bids.

since the team with the paid bid represent the co. that gave it to them, of course the company is going to give the paid bid to the team they THINK can win & represent their co. well.

ok so here is a team/gym making a "comeback" ... Austin Cheer Factory
They placed a close second to first place champion at NCA 07(1.WC 2.ACF 3.Maryland Reign)
could not accept bid to Worlds because of too many crossovers their Lg J5 took bid and took second at worlds 08
last year lg j5 didnt get bid so being a very very small gym (less than 80)yet competitive they didnt have enough to field a S5 either
this year kids aged out of jr and he took strong true level 5 kids and placed them on Sm Coed recruited 4 talented boys and ther ya go ...a "come back" to the Sm Coed and they are working hard and want that title like everyone else they just may be a contender


Stunts
all stunts do 1 1/2 ups pull to Scorp dble down
reload tic toc to heel stretch drop to come around to arabesque dble down (may not be accurate but close description)
Tumbling
7_ 3 to dbles rest of squad 2 to full 5_standing fulls
running tumbling is amazing 12-15 doubles with specialty passes
Execution
known to have fast clean and sharp routines but lacked difficulty in past
