Why can I only write in newbies?

I don't think I'm a newbie just because I've only posted a couple of times. I mostly just like to read the boards, but I just wanted to post something a minute ago and found out that I couldn't anymore because I had only posted once before lol.

She's a month old and named olivia. But we call her Livi
