Newbie here. My daughter is in her 6th year on the special needs team.

Referred to the Fierce board by another parent in the gym as my niece (who is basically my other daughter) just started a competitive team this year. So, now it is time to move out of the special needs world and learn more about the competitive side. Although, our special needs team is considered a competitive team and is treated as such.

Very excited to have found this board. I am also the president of our 501c3 fund raising arm for the special needs team and I was told there were some great ideas here.

Very True. I have been a member for nearly a year now just watching what is posted and this finally being my first post. I have seen that the comments on this site have almost always been appropriate and friendly. It is extremely nice to have a drama free site for cheer!
