OT What do you carry your school stuff in?

We can carry our bags around at the high schoool. Freshman year I used a book bag and it was perfect, and this year I'm using a book bag as welll(I'm a sophomore now.).

I carry my Battle Under The Big Top backpack because its really comfy and can hold a lot. I don't have a locker so i usually end up carrying all my stuff with me to every class.

Freshman and Sophomore year I used a Coach Tote and last year and this year I'll use my Northface Backpack. The students ALWAYS have a huge fight with administration every year because the school always bans backpacks. Apparently in other school districts people trade drugs in classrooms via book carrying devices? Which is ridiculous because they allowed totes, purses, messenger bags, etc. because I guess weed and cocaine are limited to only being traded in backpacks?

Ahhh I need a 13 inch laptop bag sooo bag...the strap on the one i used last year wouldn't get long enough to wear across my body! So annoying!

i have a laptop bag from juicy couture that works really well. the strap is long enough to go across my body.

in high school we werent allowed to take bookbags to class, so we just carried everything in our arms even home. we had really little lockers so it wasnt really worth shoving a bookbag into it. now that i have to hike 3 miles across campus to class, i use a tote bag.

My school doesn't have lockers, I've never had a locker actually, even in middle school.
But I've been carrying my binders/notebooks since freshman year, I'm a senior this year. Almost every girl just has their purse and then carries their stuff, some girls have totes but you never really see a girl wearing a backpack. Even some of my guy friends don't use one because all they carry is just one binder.. so whats the point?

I only have 4 classes this year, all I carry is a half-inch binder with 3 dividers in it and a notebook (it's only like 180 pages maybe?) and that's about it. Even the past 3 years I never really carried a lot.

ah those are super cute, but i don't want to spend $130 on a laptop bag ya know?

true true. mine was a christmas present from my brother so i didn't think about the cost. but if you love them, you could look for sales. mine was from nordstroms, so maybe there is a nordstroms rack near you?

Lol I have this giant backpack that I absolutely HATE it is so heavy and it hurts my back cuz I get soo much homework. It is a Jansport one with pink and black hearts.

I can't believe some of you guys aren't allowed to carry bookbags into class. I would pitch the biggest fit. Some high schools around here (and even my younger sibling's elementary school) require clear or mesh bookbags. Not the most fashionable thing in the world, but they got the job done.

I'm in college now, and I use a Northface bookbag. A lot of girls on campus use big sorority bid day bags or longchamp/vera bradley bags. A bookbag has just always worked best for me.

Clear bookbags are so impractical. What if you have to carry...you know...feminine products or somethin'? Lol embarassing.

Though I had a clear purple one in first grade. It was cool.

In high school we weren't allowed to have backpacks in class, only in lockers, so everyone just carried their things. I got a note from my chiropractor though, so I got 2 sets of books and never had to bring anything back and forth so I just carried my notebooks with me.

I used a backpack last year for the first time since 5th grade..and I felt like a 5th grader. Now I use a giant Vera Bradley bag for my notebooks/books. And the Vera Bradley mini laptop case fits my iPad perfectly and i take most of my notes on that, so I bring it with me too.
