I am looking to see if anyone happens to have some type of progression table for doing partner stunts. We are starting to run out of ideas are starting to talk about the rewind a little bit. The problem is that I am a little scared personally to try that one. I am hoping there are a couple more stunts to learn first. LOL

Here's what my coach had me do when I was starting to learn partner stunting:
-Shoulder Sit
-Chair
-Walk Up To Hands
-Walk Up To Hands Press Extension
-Walk Up To Hands Press Lib
-Walk Up To Hands Press Torch Grip (Arabesque)
-Walk Up To Hands Press Cupie
-Walk Up Extension
-Walk Up Lib
-Walk Up Torch Grip (Arabesque)
-Walk Up Cupie

Once I got all of these down pat, she moved me up even further:
-Toss To Hands
-Toss To Hands Press Extension
-Toss To Hands Press Lib
-Toss To Hands Press Torch Grip (Arabesque)
-Toss To Hands Press Cupie

Once I got those down pat, she told me to no longer stop at hands and to just try to aim straight for toss extension. I had to keep doing toss with my partner and push it straight up to an extension. We wanted it really bad and eventually got it (you gotta work hard for it). Once we got that, our coached moved us up to Toss Lib and we just got this last week. Now, we're able to do more stunts than ever because of it. I know you, the OP, is probably way past this stuff, but I'm just making a chart for any partner stunters that do now know where to start.

Once you get toss to lib (my coach calls it the gateway stunt), you are open to so many more skills much like rewinds. Try full-ups, or toss to hands press full around to lib. Try tick-tocks, etc. That link above is very helpful and should give you plenty of ideas on what to do before the rewind. But I don't see why you're scared...if anything, SHE should be scared.

When I started partner stunting I learned....
Shoulder sit (well I already knew how to do that)
Toss chair
Toss hands
Toss hands press extension
Walk in hands
Walk in extension
Then I kind of worked both entries (toss and walk-ins) but mostly toss just because as you get more advanced that is what you generally use and I worked...
hands, lib
hands, cupie
hands, stretch/arabesque
toss extension
toss lib
toss cupie
toss stretch/arabesque

You guys are awesome, thanks this is a great help. I will keep you all informed on how it goes. I will probably need a couple pointers along the way. LOL

I am not really sure how to post videos or pics on this thing but I would love to see more partner stunting videos. I don't know about you but I am getting sick of the same old You tube videos and that way I can see how I compare now a days to other stunt groups. LOL

Thanks again
