Anyone know why Texas Lonestar is competing Sm Sr. Open instead of Small Senior?

my daughter is now double teaming on this team. At cheer America nationals our star tumbler broke her leg, tore her acl, mcl, and meniscus (spelling??) then just a week ago another elite tumbler on this team broke her leg (flyer) this is why my daughter is double teaming. They have 2 many injuries to go small all girl and be competitive. It was a hard decision.

NCA doesn't split up co-ed and all girl teams apart right? like everyone competes against each other in the same division no matter if its all girl or whatever? just curious lol :)

NCA, like everyone is supposed to, follows the USASF guidelines for splitting divisions. The only "exception" is that event producers may choose not to split up Worlds bid divisions.

As a team we decided to compete sr open to allow injuries for those on and off the floor to heal before we start worlds training, as well as allow for training of skills for worlds without the pressure that might cause injuries. We voted for a less stressful competition weekend that would allow us to be highly competitive and actually perform our routine. But no worries we will be back and extremely ready for worlds

So sorry to hear about the injuries! Hope they heal fast and are back in no time!

what is the difference like between "A" and "B" like my team is L2-LSR SG what is the difference between that and L2-LSR-SA ? lol confused!
It is normally A with all teams that have 36 and B is 21-35 athletes on the team

i like the level 5's going earlier... We can perform watch and go eat and have fun and not have to make our kids rest the whole day!
I agree...We don't have to sit around all day to watch the teams I want to see. Except that My two teams go so close together that I can't go watch my girl on Cali due to time constraints :/
