haha, these remind me so much of Cheer Athletics! Very unique! :)
haha yeah its so funny I thought the same when I saw their uniforms this year (my first time seeing them) World Cup also has a shirt from this past season that has the same thing on the right arm. I keep joking around about how I'm gonna buy it and cut the left sleeves off so it looks like a have full shoulders done

I also have a microdermal by my left eye
These are all SO pretty!

PS I just got a "real people job" so now I have to take my nose stud out every time I work. The last time I took it out what my last HS competition ever in November of 2009. So needless to say I was a little scared. It hurt at first but now it's not as painful. It just makes my eyes water. Getting it back in is a little harder because obviously it's like totally blind and I just have to put it in and poke it around until it comes out the other side (the inside of my nose.) I plan on taking it out for good once I graduate college. I don't want to to prevent me from getting any job offers.

Has anyone ever taken out a nose ring and let it heal? Can you tell something was there or does the little whole heal up pretty well?

When mine came out, it healed really well. Like, the hole was closed within a few weeks and now there's a barely visible tiny dot where I had it pierced.

does anyone have a pic of the inside of there lip tattooed? ive always been a huge fan! but heard its painful! :)

Finally I find someone who is a fan of these! I've always wanted one there! But the thing about them is you need a touchup every once in a while because the ink will fade. Most times, they will fade within the first month. The upkeep of them is greater than any other tattoo. As far as pain, it really depends on your pain tolerance, but it is said the closer you get to the teeth, the more it hurts. But it hurts a lot less than places like the foot or ribcage. Your lip has a lot less nerve endings there (and thats what makes it hurt more or less).

The Lip tattoos fade away after a couple of years. I have a couple of friends who got them in 2007 and now they are almost gone.

It's not going to prevent you from getting a job later in the future. You can get clear ones that no one can see or ones that match your skin color. My job here they let us have either of those or you just take it out for a few hours. A lot of places are starting to realize that tattoos and piercings are just a part of the new age so a lot of them are starting to accept them having them. Obviously not all are like that but if you really like it don't get rid of it just for a job when you can easily take it out or hide it.

as soon as I have the money i'm getting "live life to the fullest" tattooed on my ribs on the right side. The first 'L' is going to be a yellow awareness ribbon for osteosarcoma. On september 11th I lost one of my friends that i grew up with and had known since i was 5 to bone cancer :( he was supposed to turn 16 on september 24. Im TERRIFIED of needles and have a VERY low pain tolerance but this tattoo will be in memory of my friend so it will definitely be worth it :)

I had my nose pierced twice in the same spot because I lost the stud the first time and it grew up. After I took it out the second time for it to grow up it looks bruised but makeup covers it. I think mine looks like that though because it was done twice in the same spot. If you have just had it pierced once it should be fine.

Now as far as my monroe, I had it done for 2-3 years before I took it out and I still have a hole 2 years later. It is small but I could still fit a ring in it if I wanted.

Also wanted to warn anyone that wants hip piercings, they seem to be starting to get more and more common. DO NOT DO IT. My cousin and niece had their hips pierced for about a year and a half before they had to take them out for Cross Country and they now both have lovely scars on their hips. They say it was worth it but I highly doubt they will say that when they are older and get pregnant and those scars get nice a stretched.

Bumping this thread up!!! I kinda just want a really simple heart or star on my lower left hip but i'm jut scared it'll get stretched out (i plan on having kids). so i'm kinda iffy right now!! and ive decided to get my belly button done after my last competition this year since ill age out next year :(
