Matching Uniforms For Every Team?

We have different uniforms for every team (the logo is the same) , that way everyone is special and we can get uniform that fits the team. I think that what fits our senior 5 team doesn't necessarily fit our minis..
The gym owns the uniforms so the kids only pay a "uniform-rent" every season, so it doesn't have to get super expensive.

We have three sets:
1) All Level 1 teams. Cost is lower. Allows for less expensive entry to the sport
2) All Level 2-5 teams. Same uniform which makes it easier for crossovers
6) Level 6 team. More suitable for adults

Heat Athletics teams all have the same uniforms. Except for their small senior 5, they have cropped tops & "firestorm" down the sleave.

I prefer when every team has a different uniform because I feel like younger kids on mini and youth teams shouldn't be wearing the same thing as older kids on senior teams. If all teams except senior 5 were the same then people would feel like the kids on that team are better.

I think it's a good idea to have all the same uniforms for all the teams if for no other reason than to save the parents money. If I was a parent and I had to spend $200+ every other year on a new uniform when my child progressed to the next level, I wouldn't be a very happy camper, lol.

I think if a gym would do different uniforms it should be for all teams. Not just a level 5. Another idea would be to have a level 5 team wear crops and all others wear the full length. It separates level 5 but they technically have the same uniform.

On my team (Spirit Explosion) we have two gyms one in pa and one in nj the nj gym got half tops and pa got full tops which i think was not fair to the pa gym because even their senior teams got full tops i think at least the junior and senior teams should have got half tops because all of the nj gym got half tops even the youth teams.

our level 5 team has two different uniforms one for saturday and one for sunday the one on saturday is the same as everyones and the sunday one is diffrent and its white

Last year everyone at our gym had the same crop-tops and skirts , except level 5. They had shorts .

But this year everyone has the same crop-tops and skirts. But Juniors(4) have shorts , and Seniors(5) have different tops ( and they are wayyy cuter , missing a sleeve and everything ) and they have shorts .

Personally, I think its important to have the matching colours and sort of the same design, but a slighty difference. How we do it in my gym, in Norway, our juniors use very much the same uniforms. Only with a body underneath them.
Senior Elite(not CEA) use different fabric, and design. But still the same colours.

I like when all teams have the same uniform it just makes the gym have a better overall appearance and it makes it easier on crossovers

what my gym did one year(before we got new uniforms last season) we had the same top for everyone, but senior teams had one skirt and the junior and youth had another skirt.

I like when all the younger teams have the same uniform and the level 5's get customized ones.
I like how with my gym we can wear our uniform like 8 different ways so every team can technically customize how they wear it if they want
