thats crazy, I have heard of conditioning then stretching, or stretching at both the beginning and end of practice, but never just at the end!
Yeah, same here until my gym started doing it.
I stretched before I left the house today and I feel much less sore.
 
Last night I started doing layouts on the tumble track and when I landed my feet were really far in front of me so I flew backwards and when I landed I like flopped down on my back and I heard my back crack and it hurt sooo bad and I've been icing it. But I literally cant bend back. I'm in so much pain.

So my two summer jobs both include working with little ones-I am working at summer camps with preschoolers (currently with the 3 year olds<3) and I babysit too. I got home from work and babysitting today and I started telling my Mom how I am kind of thinking about maybe being a teacher in the future. Originally my goal was to go to school for counselor education and become a school guidance counselor, but I really LOVE actually teaching the kids! My college actually has a 5-year masters program for teaching...I am just so confused, but I need to figure out what to do :p Thought I'd share my predicament ha if anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated!! I am currently a sophomore in college majoring in Psychology
 
omg there's a debbie love clinic at a gym right when i get back from woodward west, and it's open to the public. must go.
 
so frustrated with my tumbling, or lack of. my coach told me to do my bhs on the tumbl trak into the pit on my own, and what do i do? land on my head...twice. woodward west please help me <3 i want to tumble so badly and make my coaches proud.
