Orlando allstars just bought nations allstars a couple of days ago! So now we have three different gyms! I don't know of any other gyms who have 3, so I think we have the most!
Nations all stars became part of OA East (former UCF gym). Orlando still has 2 physical gym locations, not 3 - East and West.

Actually all 3 of USA Wildcats gyms are in Connecticut.

Royals is either going to be small coed or medium idk if they have decided size yet. They unfortunately though are not having a j5 this year, so no tigers. These are the Senior teams that they had before nations became part of the gym, so there might be another one or tow senior teams now. Also im not positive on sizes for a few of these. I read somewhere on one of the coaches facebooks that now with Nations there is around 18 teams for OA, so ill try and find out other levels when i can.
But like I said these are the teams I know:
Angels- Small Sr 5 (West)
Royals- Small or Medium Coed 5 (East)
Yankees- Sr 4 Small (West)
Red Sox- Sr 3 Coed (West)
Dodgers- Sr 3 (East)
Mets- Sr 2 (West)
2 Tiny Teams - One from East and one from West

Adding to the teams above:
Royals should be small coed. They have enough in the coed 5 pool to make 2 teams, so Royals will be small coed, the ones not placed on Royals will be a Sr open 5 team - team name not known yet.
Jays - youth 2
Whitesox - jr coed 3 ?
Rangers ? Jr 2?
One/two more I cant remember.
With the addition of nations - that is 3 or 4 more teams, which will be about 18 I believe for OA this yr. I think they had Jr 1, youth 4, Sr 4.2, Sr4. So, there may be some shuffling around of a few teams with the addition of Nations to OA East. Teams should be established by August.
