I'm still going to have to go with legal for this one, The clarification states that drops that include ANY weight bearing contact with the hands and fee would NOT be in clear violation of this rule. That coupled with being able to do 3/4 front flips at level 3 and with restricted 5 specifically laying it out that you have to land on 2 feet out of a full(ie. no full twisting tumbling to the seat, prone or similar) would lead to the conclusion that it is indeed legal at level 5. Also, they would have put that restriction in the regular 5 rules rather than just in the restricted 5 section.
