Hold up buddy! I competed an x out in 1993 after I saw a guy from UNC Chapel Hill compete it at UCA college nationals...got the video to prove it lol....love you brother
We aint talking about no janky a@@ x out! LOL Just kidden! I know us old school folks use to do them, just didnt know when it was actually put on the floor for the first time... So all of fierce boarders know that Jerome Bacon (best guys in the world) was the first to compete X-OUT and that I now stand corrected!!!! LOL! Love ya to brother!

Who was the first team to win every major national before worlds? I know Charlotte has....just realized I'm on the Charlotte band wagon...oh well got to rep North Carolina

What do you mean by "major national"? Not everyone would agree on which nationals are considered "major".

Doug & Brooke did it partner stunt nationals circa 1997-1998.
Except he did it with one hand

Aaah I loved cheer in the late 90's. Good days!

2005 - First Routine With 6/3 time in it (that means you count to 6 instead of 8) Accent 1 and 4: 1 2 3 4 5 6 (3 national titles) (Levi Brown/Susan Socha)

Around 1:39 is when it switches

2002 Charlotte Allstars Jr Silver (Jr Advanced) Hunted House (thats the thing where you are in the cradle and you pop out to an X and pull back to cradle) at the end of the pyramid .. first time we did it it was rippled and then we did it all at the same time and rolled back out of it. Opposite Leg Scorp cross leg to prep to full up bow. Half-toe-half baskets (3 national titles and nca allstar dallas choreo award.) (Levi Brown/Angie Romano)

2001 - Charlotte Allstars Sr Coed Half-ball-half Baskets (Jennifer Simpson)

And there are many more firsts including the 6, 8, and 12 person suicides (Kevin Brubaker) from Teal I just can't remember all the dates. Mirror Mirror where the flyer stands on the bases foot while she is in a handstand and they both do stretches. (Levi Brown) They also did Mirror Mirror in their pyramid when they won silver at worlds (Keith Bagwell/Levi Brown/Kevin Brubaker)

1:55 for Mirror Mirror and 2:20 for 12 person suicide. 8 in a circle and 4 across the sides.

Thanks for posting DJLB!!!!

It probably was janky...lol

I'm pretty sure Superstars was the first Pennsylvania gym to bring multiple teams to worlds. (Intl Open, J5, and Senior Black in 2009)

And this one may be completely wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that Charlotte Allstars were the first to compete Texas Twisters and they were the first all girl team to have full squad full ups. (2006)

You could totally be right about who did it first but Pittsburgh Pride also competed the "texas twister" in early 06
