Anyone have tips on correcting a sideways bhs? I go really far over to the right when doing it. I sometimes go so crooked I move away from my spot. Im not being spotted heavily so its not a problem but going down a wedge and other narrow things is scary because I almost fall off. My coach thought my left leg might be stronger so its pushing me over that way. I dont feel like im going crooked until I look where I land so its hard to correct. So tips/advice?

Find a line or something in the gym that goes from the wall and across the ceiling. You should see that line in between your hands the whole way through the handspring, (look through the top of your eyes so you are not throwing your head back)

I used to have a crooked BHS, its probably because your scared so your over reaching with one arm, that was the case for me.

Make sure your not pushing in your legs harder on one side and that both arms are glued to your ears! I would definetly practice on a line

Get two mats/octagons/anything and stand them up on either side of the tumble track. I understand you're doing them on the floor, but on the tumble track it makes it a lot easier to fix. This actually helped me a lot, so give it a try! Good luck :)
