I like that Friday they will trim down sm sr and sm coed. the rest looks ok too....though Im not in on the VIP thing that was moved to Thursday night...that might be hard for some coaches etc....

So is...everyone in the milkhouse? I like the Small Division non paid bid changes. Hope it will alleviate some of the chaos

They need someone to copy edit the wording at the bottom of page 4. Otherwise I like the Top 10 advance to finals AND the preliminary round on Friday for At-Large bids for the huge divisions.

Here's the copy in question: "Competition officials reverse the right to amend the order of event and/or divisions in Prelims and Semi-Finals based upon final competition registration." It should say reserve not reverse.

Only top 10 will move on from each round! sounds like a blast!!

Oh. And up to 15 guys on Int Open coed 6. should be interesting

And American teams placing 4-10 will be recognized with an award

Maybe they are reversing their rights? Be fun to get to the competition, they pull this, and someone points out their mistake. Technically they disqualified themselves from having that right by having a typo.

I like the top 10. Interesting about the Level 6 coed changes.

I love the essentially 'Oh hi lets fix that Bangkok issue from last year' paragraph lol..

I like that Friday will essentially trim down sm senior/sm coed pretty quick, and gives people a real reason to strive for those paid/partial bids! I can't wrap my head around IOC6 changes for some reason. Is it that you can compete with X number of guys to get your bid, but you can only have a MAX of 15 males at Worlds? Also, how do the international teams feel the Worlds trials and ICU mash-up will affect them? You have to compete twice in one day for possibly 4 times total in one weekend. I know Marlins did that last year, but that's gotta be ROUGH.

And THANK GOD the score sheets will be 'available' by November 15th. I wonder how this will affect teams who don't compete until later? Will they have the 'Worlds Routine' in the back of their minds and work towards it while the season routines are done for the main part of the year?

I thought the same thing about the Bangkok issue.

Also Worlds trials is only for US teams competing in the international divisions, so it would be 3 times max for everyone - int. teams: ICU (if they are competing in it), semis and finals and for us teams: trials, semis and finals.

YES! teams will actually fight for PAID bids now, and it will be an all out war to make it out of prelims!

in loveeeee with this!
