On the vipers website they no longer say that they have a gym in PA. So I called the Vipers PA number and the message says that they are moving in two weeks. What's the deal?

the merger with MD Vipers is no longer in effect. Last I heard they were trying to reform back to the original PA Vipers... rumors are rampant right now so I can't confirm anything else!

But he said they're moving. They've been merged for quite a while. I think with a merge and then moving, something happened with the merge. But speaking as a completely third party objective with absolutely no personal interest in the matter, that's just my guess. Probably a very wrong guess.. but my guess.

the move was going to happen regardless, whether the merge was in effect or not is what i have heard. i can't confirm anything due to being at a new gym, but i have had quite a few updates from friends at vipers. but yes, the merge is no longer in effect as @NikkiB said!

I heard the PA Vipers bought brand new uniforms last year, I couldn't imagine having to turn around and to go and buy another one for the next season!

yes we had brand new ones last year, i suppose they'll be keeping the same ones now that the merge is no longer.

The merge is no longer happening, I was due to become re-employed with the Vipers, but that didn't work out.. The business deal fell thru, and thats pretty much it, the owner of the Original Viper PIT, is going to go it Alone, which she probably should have done in the first place...Knowing her as long as I have, she is one of my Dear friends and I couldn't be Happier for her, and her program for whatever she should do.... Go Vipers- Black Gold and White!!!!:fro:

it had nothing to do with ron taking on too may projects. it's my understanding it was simply a business deal that did not get finalized. The lease was up on the gym so the gym had to move regardless. PA Vipers are moving to a new location and Vipers Cheer & Dance will open a gym in PA next year. for now, the entire gym is split up. some are at CT or Titanium, a handful stayed with PA Vipers and a bunch are staying with Vipers Cheer & Dance and are commuting to the baltimore gym.

correct, you hit the nail on the head. a small amount are still at pa vipers, a couple went to vipers cheer and dance in baltimore, i'm not sure how many went to titanium but there were a few, and basically everyone else is at cheer tyme now, about 20 or so people. things just didn't work out is what i heard, i'm sure there is much more behind the scenes that outsiders do not know about, and it should probably stay that way. but i wish good luck to all of my vipers friends at whatever gym they're at now!

yup! i heard about 15 stayed with PA Vipers, about 15 are traveling to baltimore, a handful went to Titanium and the rest (majority) are at CT now. i believe pretty much the entire youth team went to CT so they will be ones to watch out for this year!
PA Vipers will probably only have one senior team now.i feel bad for all of the girls that got their teams torn apart with that whole mess.
