i honestly do not know who maddie is but i do know what its like to be hated on. people who hate are just jealous. i try and not let haters bother me. you must be doing something right if people are talking about you:) Just keep doing what you love to do and who cares what a small amount of people think.

Wow you really came on the attack strong. Your location reads Newark, Delaware. So you are 15 minutes from New Jersey. So silly. You also quote from your personal experience with Maddie and her family. What was that, meeting and taking a picture with her.It Does not seem to qualify you for the personal experience . Also you did not comprehend my original statement correctly. It was not my opinion of Maddie or her mom.It was what I heard from people( not from N.J.) while at worlds. I put it out there almost as a question . But thanks for the attack. LOL.

WCMAN, please direct your attention to the Private Message I'm sending you.
I think you're a little misinformed, and are making assumptions as to what I can and cannot speak about as far as "personal experience". Sadly, this same misinformed tactic has led to our engaging of each other in conversation on this thread.

Just so you know, it's common knowledge that I frequent North Carolina several times a year in addition to meeting up with my southern counterparts at various competitions throughout the season. And, when I do stay in North Carolina - it's always with the Gardner family - whether, it be for a cheerleading related visit or just because. Sheesh. Don't you hate it when you speak before you know. Well now you know.

Furthermore, just because I live 15 minutes from the border of New Jersey - doesn't mean I have to like it? It's the exact opposite, and on another note - please keep your rude citizens and bad drivers away from our malls. :)

And don't always assume that these people have zero contact with the cheerleaders they admire. The entire reason I even have Mrs. Gardner and Maddie as Facebook friends is because three years ago Mrs. Gardner contacted me and admired how I always had such nice things to say not just about Maddie, but her other daughter Cassie also. We conversed for a while and she offered to send me a CEA shirt (before they had the online store) for free and sent me a wonderful hand written letter expressing her thanks to me just for having kind words to say about her daughters. It was such a nice gesture, so actually I DO know how grateful they are for all of this and that they have ALWAYS been this grateful. It's not just some sketchy act to try and "build her cheerlebrity-ness".
That's the thing about Sarah, these kids do talk to her, message her, text her and some adopt her as their mother. LOL She is a gracious, genuine and humble woman who makes anyone she comes in contact with feel like they are the most important person she has talked to that day. It's just a gift she has. I think people respond to that and therefore feel protective of her and her daughter/family. I would venture to say if you meet 1 person in your life like Sarah G then you have been blessed. The G's kids are kind, caring, talented and smart. And McLovin's example above is just a small example of the person Sarah actually is.

I hate when I step in it..:/....come on WCMAN...just man up and say you were mistaken...I am sure there are some people that are biased in their love for Maddie and other gyms and kids...just as there are those who are negative about them...:) Can't we all just get along..:)

WCMAN knows about as much about Maddie and her family as he does about Meanj!

haha oh MsTealy, she did that for me! Only the first paragraph of that long narrative was McLovin's. I didn't even know she was on the boards and one day she messaged me out of the blue! At first I thought it was a scam and somebody was trying to make fun of me! I think I confirmed it with Rudags or something. haha, it was the best private message I ever received! She was one of the most kind-hearted ladies on the planet! (must be something in that North Carolina water that creates the best mommas!;))
