Chi makes a fantastic heat spray- I think it might be called 44 iron guard but that's just off the top of my head. And it smells HEAVENLY I'll admit I do wear it as perfume pretty often...

I just bought this 'Glamour Wand' and it has already revolutionised my life (ok I am prone to exaggeration)

I have no idea how it works but all you do is wind it round and hold for 3-4 secs max and it forms perfect curls. I have very long, fine, flyaway hair which is hell to curl and this works perfectly. Definitely would recommend!

Just tried out my new glamour wand for competition curls. This only took ten mins and I did it myself. Not perfect but definitely a time saved

maybe someone anwsered this ....but i can get my hair big and curly and perfect ...for about 30 mins.... after that ...once i start warmups.. after tumbling and stunting and jumping.... they fall out.... i use about a half of can of hairspray to do my hair i can never get it to stay... :/ its sooo frustrating

Don't want to mention any names but there is a certain girl from ECE who is known for her curls. Her hair is done a different way every time I see her and it still looks gorgeous (even if her hair probably weighs just as much as she does). Im sure someone knows who I'm talking about. Idk if she wants her picture posted though.
