We dont have a lot of cheerlebrities in Canada... but if we were to I would somewhat say that Jeremy Wong is, and Jessica Silveira! I am from the East Coast so other than the people in our provinces... those are the only people we sometimes hear about. At our Nationals here in Halifax I got to meet and take choreography classes from Luke Johnson and he is so nice. I've also taken tumbling classes from Jeremy Wong and Kenny Feeley, plus ill be taking a few tumbling classes from Debbie Love in March... but no real cheerlebrities, just fantastic coaches :)

This year Debbie Love brought Britni and Whitney to Cheergyms camp with her and they helped with our tumbling. I got nervous tumbling in front of Whitney Love and ate it...
Both Britni and Whitney were really helpful and nice though. :)

We happened upon a child squalling her eyes out in the bathroom at a competition (she was maybe mini-youth age) because SHE had happened to meet her cheer idol and asked for a picture with her....only to be told by that idol that she didn't have the time to take a picture with her and she needed to come back on the idol's schedule. Needless to say the mother of the crying child was having a moment in the bathroom herself.....not that I could argue much with that. I can totally see where the idol might NOT have had time, maybe they were headed to warm-ups or meeting with coaches...who knows, I wasn't there. I think it's more how they told the kid no. It's hard to see your kid get squashed by their role model. We just got outta dodge...I like to avoid drama if at all possible (which makes me do a lot of running away in this industry :)
Not gonna lie, that part made me laugh :) But I feel bad for the child :( I think that if they had given more of an explanation on why they didn't have time, it would have gone over a lot easier and better.
