We had the 2nd highest raw score day 1 and day 1 we got points off for an illegal basket.. So we just hit better and changed the basket and we got a FULL PAID BID just like any other team would have done.

Just because Superstars were inconsistent with their day 1s last year does not mean the same for this year. We had a BRAND NEW flier fall and was our only fall from ALL of our stunts this weekend. If this is only the first time you have seen us this year, then maybe you should not be judging us so harshly considering the competition thought we hit well enough both days to deserve a full paid bid. Thank you, we put our hearts and everything we had on the floor just for it.
Well considering we were one of the only teams who really benefited from the 25/75 split, it seemed as if you didn't think we should be "rewarded" for not hitting both days, and saying we "lack consistency" right before makes it seem as though you were specifically talking about us. Which also isn't a compliment.
Been there, done that. The past is the past, and I'm sure many people would agree that ONE stunt fall does not make a team inconsistent. Goodnight sweetie, see you next competition
It is unfortunate for the teams that did well day one and not so well on day two, especially with a 25/75 split. But, in fairness I just feel that you are being a bit harsh. They are not rewarding them for inconsistency, they are being rewarded for hitting their routine with a high level of difficulty. If they didn't have the illegal on day 1 then they would have been right up there with the highest scores in the competition. They only had one stunt fall on day one and the teams they competed against unfortunately had the stunt fall on day two. But regardless it was a matter of a deduction that they received that was easily corrected day two so with that correction and hitting a very close to perfect routine day two they were able to really bump up their score.
