The fact that Pumas are one of the last divisions both days really makes me want to change my flight for Monday....

This is the first year that we have ever gone to CHEERSPORT. This was also the first year we ever competed in Indy. I guess you can teach an old dog (cat) new tricks.

(Please note that for this year at least, we aren't bringing the whole program.)

me, hubby and cp are all night owls so we wouldn't mind a bit! even when cp was a toddler she would be up late at parties instead of sleeping AND the best part, she has never been one of those kids to wake up at 5/6 or 7am. she sleeps on the weekends until 10am if she doesn't have practice!

it doesn't look like GT is bringing Orange? are they going to be going for a bid this year, if so, where?

From what I have seen on facebook and twitter they are still trying to put together a team, I am curious also where they would go to get a bid.

i wish panthers would compete in cheersport but anyway, still wildcats will be there so im so excited goodluck to them they are my favorite international coed team, and good luck also to other ca teams

do bids just go to the highest 8 scores?

No because there are so many judges, that would be unfair.
They give it to the top 8 teams who they think deserve it pretty much.

Not that I know of, although someone can correct me if I am wrong.

They don't go by scores, because CHEERSPORT scores are only relevant as compared to teams within your division. (They are NOT valid to compare from division to division.) I think I was told they simply have judges from various panels discuss it and potentially watch videos and decide as a group.
